About the Swift, Autotrail, Bessacarr RV-207 compatible twin reverse + driving camera adaptor set
- The RV-207 twin reverse / driving camera is often seen on Swift, Autotrail, and Bessacarr motorhomes. It is a twin camera system that runs to a Sargent Electrical EM5 series control box. This discounted bundle includes compatible driving camera, compatible reversing camera, plus two adaptor leads to convert to the original 6 pin connectors required.
- The reversing camera adaptor (channel 2) has a green wire coming off the plug, this is designed to be soldered/crimped/connector blocked to the original reverse light feed that is fitted to the old camera unit. It is worth mentioning that the old wire has a jumper plug, whereas ours will not have this, so should be connected together via the other means mentioned.
- The cameras are fitted with a high spec 1/3″ Sony CCD image sensor.
- As our camera uses a 4 pin connector, this bundle includes a discounted adaptor, which converts our 4 pin connector to the same 6 pin connector required on the original cabling.

Image Sensor for Cameras
The image sensor fitted inside the cameras is Sony’s 1/3″ CCD 700TVL version. We consider this joint best in terms of performance, in non high definition cameras (HD cameras require special monitors). Rest assured that the quality of the image will be very good with this camera.
