Watch our video comparing a customer’s original Swift motorhome rear-view mirror monitor (RVM720/RVM730) to the replacement we supplied him. A simple, DIY install that should help improve the safety and ease of viewing of your factory original unit.

Big thanks to Les for sharing photos of his upgrade on a Burstner motorhome. After watching our video from last summer detailing the upgrade on my father’s Burstner from the factory CAM45 to a full rear view twin camera system, Les decided to perform the same on his.  He ordered the PM33 twin lens reversing and rear view camera kit and selected the 2010+ Dometic adaptors set. His motorhome was pre-fitted with the 6 pin Dometic cable, our adaptor set pops on the end of this to allow the two camera signals to use the one original cable.

We have supplied parts that have helped a fair few people perform this much-asked upgrade to their Elddis and Marquis Motorhome. Many thanks to Bob, who very kindly sent in photos of his install using our Switching Box + Twin Camera unit. He was able to keep his original monitor, simply adding the parts to the rear, and running a wire to the reverse light bulb power (to tell the switching box when to show the downward-facing camera.

Big thank you to Lee for sharing his photos of the recent wireless reversing camera install on his lovely Coachman Lusso caravan.  The bumper/bullet reverse camera was used, with a wireless sender box, which transmits to the rear view mirror monitor in his towing car.  Safe travels.
