This brake light reversing camera is designed as a direct, vehicle-specific replacement for the original upper brake light on Mercedes Vito W447 double door (barn door) models built from 2016 onwards. It fits in the factory position to retain a tidy OEM appearance while adding a clear, dependable reverse image that works with the vast majority of aftermarket monitors and head units.
The camera uses a high-resolution CVBS image sensor, paired with a high-quality all-glass composite lens. Chosen for reliable, real-world performance rather than headline specifications, it delivers a clear image with good colour balance and contrast in both daylight and low-light conditions.
