We have supplied twin-lens camera systems for more than a decade, using a compact 50 mm wide camera body. Due to frequent customer requests to use one of these lenses as a single camera in a smaller traditional bracket, we produced a polished stainless steel bracket specifically to house one of these lens units.<\/p>\n
\nBracket-Style Camera Design \u2013<\/b> Bracket reversing cameras such as this remain the most popular style of camera, particularly on motorhomes, caravans, vans and HGVs. The fixed bracket design provides a stable, reliable view once set and is well-suited to rear mounting positions.\n<\/p>\n
\nPolished Stainless Steel Bracket \u2013<\/b> The mounting bracket is manufactured from corrosion-resistant polished stainless steel, making it suitable for permanent exterior installation and long-term exposure to the elements.\n<\/p>\n
\nSony CCD Image Sensor \u2013<\/b> The camera uses a 1\/3″ Sony CCD 700TVL image sensor, delivering a clear and stable picture with good colour accuracy in daylight and reliable performance in low-light conditions.\n<\/p>\n
\nInfra Red Night Vision LEDs \u2013<\/b> Integrated IR LEDs activate automatically as light levels drop, allowing the camera to assist with reversing and manoeuvring in dark conditions. The infra-red light is only visible to the camera and does not shine or distract other road users.\n<\/p>\n
\nRear View or Reversing Use \u2013<\/b> This camera can be used either for reversing and parking assistance or as a rear view camera, depending on the lens option selected using the drop down menu box above.<\/p>\n
\nMirror Image Output \u2013<\/b> The camera outputs a mirror image as standard. This ensures that obstacles on the left and right appear correctly on the monitor, matching natural mirror behaviour when reversing.\n<\/p>\n

\n2-Year Guarantee and UK-Based Support \u2013<\/b> Supplied with a full 2-year guarantee and backed by UK-based technical support from a specialist reversing camera supplier.\n<\/p>\n The camera is supplied with a 4-pin waterproof screw connector carrying both video and power through a single connection. This connector is compatible with all of our 4-pin monitors and extension cables. When used with 12V\/24V compatible monitors, the voltage supplied to the camera is automatically regulated down to the correct 12V operating voltage.<\/p>\n As standard, a small 8 mm inline disconnect is fitted between the camera and the 4-pin connector to allow a reduced hole size when passing the cable through the vehicle body. This 8 mm disconnect is not waterproof and must be installed inside the vehicle. If the cable is to be routed externally, the \u201cstraight to 4-pin\u201d option should be selected.\n<\/p><\/div>\n If you need to connect this camera to a monitor, stereo head unit or display that uses an RCA (phono) video input, an optional 4-pin to RCA adaptor can be selected. This converts the camera\u2019s 4-pin output to a standard RCA video connection with a separate power feed.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
