Simply drill a small hole on the underside of your number plate light trim for the bolt of the camera to fit through, then fasten it to your vehicle with the special split-type nut provided. The result is a very small camera that is hard to see. \nUsing a 4-pin cable plus this adaptor lets you take camera power from an ignition feed at the front of the vehicle instead of relying on the reverse light feed. You can still connect a simple reverse-light trigger so the monitor or stereo only wakes up when reverse is selected.<\/p>\n
\nIf you want to see the camera on demand (for example while driving forward or towing), the adaptor allows you to power the camera independently and view it without needing to be in reverse gear.\n<\/div>\n
