It handles voltage spikes up to 32V, ensuring a stable, protected supply to the camera. The output to the camera(s) is 12V, as most reversing cameras are designed to operate at this voltage.<\/p>\n Optional Adjustable Guidelines –<\/b> If you would like a parking guideline grid displayed when reversing, this monitor can be set to superimpose the grid over the reversing camera image when reverse gear is selected. To enable this, enter the menu system and select the channel that has the reversing camera input, then turn the guideline setting to ON. You can adjust the guidelines to your desired position on the screen. Ensure the trigger wire for this channel is connected to the reverse light feed. Since the earlier 2020’s, a new technology called AHD entered the market that allowed a higher definition picture to be sent, as well as increased colour data. This monitor has an AHD chip built in that allows it to work with the latest 720P\/960P\/1080P AHD cameras. This monitor will still work with traditional CVBS, however if you only have CVBS cameras installed, we recommend using our CVBS mirror monitor<\/a> instead.<\/p>\n
