before, during, and after.<\/li><li>Look after our customers for life, trying to keep low cost spares available, and repairs where possible.<\/li><li>Provide as much information as we can, so that our valued customers can make the right choice during purchase.<\/li><li>Provide the &#8220;good old fashioned customer service&#8221; that is sadly lacking from a lot of businesses these days.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>We believe that following these aims has led to many thousands of constantly returning customers (every new vehicle), a loyal following of customers recommending us to friends, and to fellow forum\/group members across the web (especially on motorhome\/caravan\/farmers forums).&nbsp; We would love to take this opportunity to thank you all for doing so, we see\/hear it, and it is very much appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>We mainly stock premium spec parts, although we still stock a small range of budget kits\/cameras\/monitors for people needing a cheaper system.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The premium range is chosen based on our many years of experience, and you can expect a good quality image, and reliability.&nbsp; We know that everything looks the same as the cheaper items seen on market places.&nbsp; This is due to &#8220;public design&#8221; mouldings.&nbsp; But I&nbsp;can assure you that the internals\/quality is very much different to those items.&nbsp;
